What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive what you type into it: your name, email address, company name if you give one, the topic you choose and your message. When you email us, we receive your email. We do not ask for anything else.

When you use the chat, your messages go to our server so it can answer. If you type an email address into the chat, that message and the conversation before it are emailed to our team so a person can reply to you, and so is anything you add after it.

How we use it

Only to reply to you and to discuss the work you asked about. We do not sell it, rent it or share it for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The chat keeps your conversation in your browser's session storage so it is still there as you move between pages; it is deleted when you close the tab. Like every website, our server keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, to run and protect the site, and notes the email address of any message it could not deliver.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to talk with you and for ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to ai@rnextmarketing.com and a person will reply within one business day.
