A moving company website that answers questions in its first screen

A Rnext Labs original.

01The brief

What the site had to get right.

Homeward Moving Co. is a Rnext Labs original: our own brand, designed and built start to finish by our team.

The problem

People planning a move ask the same things every time: what it will cost, whether the company covers their area and what happens on the day. Most moving sites only answer by phone.

What the site does about it

  • Questions answered at any hour, not only in office hours
  • Quote requests arrive with the move already described
  • Fewer calls that only ask how pricing works
  • People outside the area find out before they call

02What we built

What we built into it.

Every part works on the live site, so open it and click around.

  • An assistant in the first screen

A chat beside the headline answers questions about services, areas and how moves are priced, from the company's own information, and never makes up a price.

  • A quote request in two steps

First the move: the addresses, the date and the size of the home. Then how to reach you, and a plain note on what happens next.

  • What a move really costs

The things that change the price, a packing checklist and the moving day laid out step by step.
