An emergency plumbing website that helps before it sells

A Rnext Labs original.

01The brief

What the site had to get right.

Copperwick Plumbing & Drain is a Rnext Labs original: our own brand, designed and built start to finish by our team.

The problem

Someone in an emergency does not need a sales page first, yet most plumbing sites open with a form.

What the site does about it

  • Someone with water pouring in gets it shut off first, and remembers who helped
  • Callers already know the likely job and its flat price
  • No arguments over the bill: the price is public and agreed first
  • Bookings land in time windows that are really open, checked as the customer picks

02What we built

What we built into it.

Every part works on the live site, so open it and click around.

  • Help first

A step-by-step guide to finding the main shut-off valve and turning the water off, before anything else on the page.

  • Three taps to the job

Say what is happening, where and how bad, and it names the job that most likely fixes it, with its flat price, ready to book.

  • Flat prices, in public

A price for each job, agreed before work starts, with no extra charge for nights or weekends.
